AGREEMENT REACHED TO SUPPORT OSU MEDICAL CENTER AND OSTEOPATHIC TRAINING PROGRAMS

The Oklahoma Osteopathic Association is pleased to announce that Governor Henry along with state leaders and various stakeholders have reached a tentative agreement regarding the future of the OSU Medical Center and the Osteopathic training programs in Tulsa. This announcement was made from the Governor's office late Tuesday evening and we are elated to be able to share this with our osteopathic family.

While very few details on the agreement have been made available, articles in today's issue of the Tulsa World and the Daily Oklahoman provide a brief glimpse of the agreement, and are available on their websites:  www.tulsaworld.com (Local News, "Plan would save hospital") and www.newsok.com (type in article name:  "Agreement could Save OSU Hospital").
