OEFOM Overview

Foundation business is conducted by a sixteen (16) member Board of Trustees elected for staggering five year terms. The President, President-Elect, Vice President, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, the President of OSU-COM Alumni Association or Designee, either of whom must be a practicing Oklahoma physician, and the President or Designee of the Advocates to the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, shall be six (6) Trustees; five (5) shall be other Oklahoma DOs; and five (5) shall be lay persons. The Board shall include a representative from the Osteopathic Founders Foundation Board of Directors; and a representative from the Northwest Oklahoma Osteopathic Foundation Board of Directors.
