Membership in the OOA

Welcome osteopathic Interns, Residents, and Fellows. Oklahoma osteopathic Interns, Residents, and Fellows are considered "Student" members of the OOA and receive some very special benefits including:

  • Complimentary OOA membership until completion of Residency program (After Residency graduation, Residents are considered "transitional" members of the OOA from the period July 1-November 2. Membership dues begin after this transitional period, at a reduced rate during the first two years of practice.)
  • Complimentary registration at all OOA sponsored CME events, including the OOA Annual Convention.
  • Complimentary copies of the Oklahoma D.O. monthly journals, as well as a copy of the Oklahoma D.O. Directory each September.
  • Access to all OOA Member Benefits.
  • Access to the OOA Website "Members Only" Section.
  • Eligible to participate in the OOA through involvement on various Bureaus and Committees.
  • Interns and Residents may contribute articles to the Postgraduate Connection newsletter and will receive issues in January, April, and October.
